Hsiao Lan Liu- Manager, Business Development

Hsiao is in charge of Global Strategic's worldwide business development activities. She brings with her a wealth of experience in the high-tech industry as well as that specifically directed at Asia; she also held key positions as an Asian Specialist for a Virginia hi-tech organization and in international sales to the South American markets for a major electronics company based in Taiwan.

Ms. Liu graduated with a Master's degree from King's College at the University of London, England and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Spanish.
