Richard S. Bizar - President and COO

Richard is a multi-talented senior executive with over 40 years of extensive experience in many diverse fields. He is actually beginning his fourth career accepting the challenge as President and Chief Operating Officer of Global Strategic Corporation. He holds a Master's Degree from George Washington University.

He served over 20 years as a U.S. Coast Guard Officer and is a recognized expert in Marine Safety and Security. He was Vice President for Administration at a State University of New York College for over 16 years, where he was responsible for all business and administrative activities.

His most recent experience, over the past five years, was as a Vice President of a local hi-tech corporation. During this time he acquired expertise in computing solutions and applications and was engaged in business development, sales, marketing and general administration. He also patented a new process and established a new product line for the business.
